Seasonal reminders
What we send for lawn care shops
Ordered by season, not by calendar deadlines. We email them, and text after they opt in.
Late March–May: past spring and mowing customers get a plain reminder to lock their day before the grass takes off.
Program customers get due-date nudges. Fall feeding (Sep–Oct) is the round that builds next spring.
Late summer into fall: thin or compacted lawns hear from you while soil is still warm.
Oct–Dec: early-book and active season messages so routes don’t pile up at the end.

Win-backs
Bring quiet accounts back
People who stopped mid-season or never restarted after winter get a calm “want back on the route?” note — email first if texting isn’t consented yet.
After spring or fall cleanup, invite them onto a simple fert or mowing program.
Anniversary-style reminder when aeration season opens again.
